Welcome to Ages & Moments. These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made at agesandmoments.com. Please read them before ordering. Mandatory rights under consumer protection laws always take precedence over any conflicting provision of these terms.

Products and information

We offer crystals, natural-stone jewellery, candles, home and ritual items, gifts and related products. Descriptions, prices and availability are presented on the relevant product pages. Natural stones may differ slightly in colour, pattern or shape, but products must conform to their descriptions and applicable legal requirements.

Orders and contracts

Adding products to a cart does not reserve stock. You may review and correct your order details before submitting an order that carries an obligation to pay. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We confirm receipt by email and accept the order when we confirm it for fulfilment. If we cannot fulfil an order or any part of it, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.

Prices and payment

Prices and any applicable taxes are shown on the website, with delivery charges and the total payable amount identified before you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed using the provider selected for the transaction. We do not require payment card details to be sent to us by email.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery options, restrictions and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Further information is in our Shipping Policy. Unless a different delivery time is agreed, delivery is due without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being concluded, subject to applicable law. Your legal rights regarding loss, damage and delay are unaffected.

Returns and legal guarantee

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to legally defined exceptions. Please see the Refund & Returns Policy for how to exercise it and for reimbursement information. EU consumers also generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

If you register an account, please keep your login details confidential and supply accurate information. Do not interfere with the security or operation of the website or use it unlawfully. We may act reasonably to protect our website against fraud or misuse in accordance with applicable law.

Complaints and disputes

For order questions or complaints, please email info@agesandmoments.com. For consumer complaints in Lithuania, we will provide a reasoned written response within 14 days as required by law. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, eligible consumers may seek assistance from the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or another competent authority. The former EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025 and is not offered as a complaint channel.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, but this choice does not deprive consumers resident in other countries of any mandatory protections that apply to them. No provision excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The terms applicable to an order are those in force when that order was placed, except as otherwise agreed or required by law.
